Please read our refund policy for services and merchandise purchased from us, that are subsequently cancelled. 

This policy pertains only to goods and services purchased under our money back satisfaction guarantee.

We appreciate an opportunity to correct any deficiency in our offerings however, if you are  not completely satisfied with a product or service we have provided under this guarantee, we will refund your full purchase price.

To receive your refund you must first contact our office to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Postal mail, email, and phone calls are acceptable.

Our products are both goods and services which may contain intangible intellectual property.   Upon receipt of the RMA, you must return all goods including any and all written material in original condition within 10 days.  You must agree in writing to destroy all copies of, and to refrain from using, any and all information, procedures, or intellectual property provided as a service.

Upon receipt of the aforementioned we will refund your full purchase price within 10 days.
