While we use a ticket tracking system to ensure quality control, we
will always remain available via phone.
Helpdesk without Administration is
our basic level of long term support. We are your on-call
experts for everything except system administration. We
support all of your applications, computer user training, and provide basic system
troubleshooting to identify and correct failed components.
Helpdesk with Administration is our
most popular level of long term support. Besides the items
mentioned in our basic support, we provide a long list of security,
software, hardware and training services that are the equivalent of
a full time computer support staff, but they are supplied remotely
so you don't have to house or pay a full time staff. This
service grows with you until you actually require a full time
on-site staff, which we provide and support. This level of helpdesk support is
appropriate for systems containing one or more servers acting as
domain controllers.

System Administration
When we become your system administrator,
you provide us with the equivalent of Domain or Enterprise Admin access, (full access and control of everything), and follow security policy guidelines closely. We establish strong system security, provide a helpdesk and
all administrative services such as; install and configure software, add, change and delete user accounts, create and setup shared directories (folders), configure and monitor your computers, network, and peripheral systems and perform routine maintenance, we tell you when to change the backup media, and do other simple physical tasks,
which we walk you through step by step.

On-Site Installation Services
If your office is large enough to need more than a couple of computers you probably are about ready for a network and a professional installation. The first job is to design your system, then we work with an electrical contractor who holds the special licenses necessary to install low voltage
signaling systems in commercial and residential structures to design and install your network cabling.
If you are wondering about wireless networking we do that too, but
wire and fiber optic cables are much more secure, and generally much faster, and cheaper
over time. Once the wiring is in and terminated we connect servers, workstations, routers, firewalls, media access points and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) to your network, establish network protocols, and
implement security. Then we test and document everything. We can coordinate jobs as small as a new home with 'structured' wiring for multi-media distribution or as large as a campus of multi-floor office buildings. This service is available only by contract. Please
