Lets assume you are just starting a small business and you have some hardware, but you aren't sure how to ensure stability and security.  You don't want your business information to be lost or stolen from your computer, you don't want your computer to bog down and become useless, and you need to share your high speed internet connection with the computer your family uses.

We talk some about what your business does, and what you plan to do in the office, your situation, and where you are going to install the office.

We help you choose which local services (such as internet connectivity) you need, and help you arrange for installation and configuration.  Sometimes we need to be involved with local service installation to ensure the service is correctly configured for the purpose you are planning.

We help you figure out what tools you need to perform the jobs you plan to do.  We design your office equipment suite and prepare a list of equipment, software and accessories to provision it.   Optionally we will also specify your office furniture.  We need to know some basic dimensions and rough locations with distances, as the cables run, to the locations for each piece of equipment.  For example, your monitor has to be very close to your computer if you use cable that comes with the monitor.  Slightly longer cables are available, but there is a good reason why the factory cable is so short.  We know how to locate your monitor literally anywhere in the world, but we need to know where to locate it in your office so we are sure to get you the right solution.  The same thing applies to all the rest of your equipment.
