System Setup

Our installation documentation should make system setup a task that most small to medium businesses can tackle on their own.  Many home based computer users will also find that they are able to follow our clear instructions and achieve a successful setup with a minimum of bother.  On the other hand...

If you are setting up a larger office, our on-site installation services may be very cost effective for you.   We can either manage the project, or manage and execute except where you need to run vertical or horizontal network cabling through interior walls, floors or ceilings.  For that one part of network installation,  you are generally going to need the services of a local electrical installation company.  We can work with them, or manage them on your behalf.  On-site installation is by contract.  Expect to pay time, travel, lodging and meals at our small business rate of $35/hr.

Unless you live just around the corner from us, it's really not cost-effective for us to install your home office for you, but if you want us to do it anyway, we will bring your office equipment to you, install it, turn it on, and prove it works, and provide one day of basic user training.  You will be responsible for making sure the local services are ready when we get there.  On-site installation is by contract.  Expect to pay time, travel, lodging and meals at our small business rate of $35/hr.

If you feel challenged by lifting, moving or connecting your equipment, then please use our unlimited telephone support for hardware setup.  If you can't lift the equipment perhaps you could hire a neighbors kid or a handyman for a short time while we walk through the connection process with them on the phone.
